COLONIAL BEACH, VIRGINIA – Revitalization is on the menu in the historic river town of Colonial Beach, Va., and excitement is building around Circa 1892, a wine, cheese and gourmet food shop set to open June 23. The grand opening celebration will begin with a ribbon cutting at noon followed by wine and food tasting, music and shop tours from 1-2 p.m.
